SIAA BASKETBALL SKILLS DAY INFORMATION Skills Days are as follows: NOVEMBER 14, 2009 Brawley Middle School (BMS)
NOVEMBER 14, 2009 Mt Mourne IB Candidate School (MMIB)
Skills Day is for Grades 1-8 only. Please make every effort to attend Skills Day . The purpose of Skills Day is to attempt to create equal teams for our season. If you cannot attend, your child will be randomly assigned to a team. If you wish to coach, we ask that you attend for your grade on Skills Day. Coaches and Coordinators will meet after skills day evaluation period in the Brawley Middle School (BMS) Library to create teams and select practice schedules. We still need volunteers! We ask that you register thru our website. VOLUNTEERS are needed to run our season! We need Coaches, Grade Coordinators, Uniform Coordinators. Register as a volunteer thru our website! Due to third party processing costs, Registration Drop Fees will apply: Cancel Prior to December 23, 2009, $10 Cancel After December 23, 2009, $25 Kindergarten Basketball Organizational Meeting and Skills assessment– TBD December 2009 Games Begin January 9, 2010 Games End March 6, 2010 All games played at Lake Norman Elementary on Saturday mornings. "Games" are structured to include 30 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of scrimmage Teams are Co-ed High School Basketball Organizational Meeting and Skills assessment– TBD December 2009 Games Begin January 9, 2010 Games End March 6, 2010 All games played at Lake Norman High School on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
